David Flink
Founder and CEO
David Flink is a social movement leader on the front lines of the learning rights movement, pushing for all learners to be seen, heard, and valued. Diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD at a young age, David later committed his life to students with learning differences. David regularly speaks to audiences ranging from students and educators to social entrepreneurs, policymakers, and corporate leaders, which include keynote addresses at conferences and universities.
Jesse Sanchez
President
Jesse is a dynamic leader and storyteller whose work and life embody the power of neurodiversity. From founding The Neurodiversity Alliance’s Eye to Eye Mentoring chapter as a UC Berkeley student to serving as President of The Neurodiversity Alliance, he has spent over a decade championing inclusion while navigating his own experiences with ADHD and learning differences. His journey spans building mentoring programs, leading in the tech sector, and guiding national initiatives that elevate neurodivergent voices. As a father of three, including a son on the spectrum, Jesse brings both professional expertise and personal insight to every stage, inspiring audiences to see the brilliance in every mind and rethink what leadership and success can look like.

Our Ambassadors are enthusiastic individuals who have been part of The Neurodiversity Alliance programs, including the Eye to Eye Mentoring Program, and have a passion for sharing their stories and amplifying the voices of others in the neurodivergent community.
