He is a leader, speaker, and advocate whose work centers on community-driven mentorship, peer support, and expanding inclusion across schools, organizations, and systems.

Jesse Sanchez serves as President of The Neurodiversity Alliance, where he guides the organization’s national leadership, strategic vision, and growth in support of neurodivergent students across the United States. His work is rooted in his lived experience and in his commitment to building community, increasing belonging, and reshaping educational systems so that students who think and learn differently are seen, supported, and celebrated. Under his leadership, The ND Alliance has expanded student-led programming, peer mentorship, leadership development, scholarship opportunities, and national awareness initiatives, creating pathways for young people to lead change on their own terms.
