Jodi Smith, originally from Northfield, MN, and currently based in San Jose, CA (she/her), is a 2015 graduate of Augsburg University and works as a Special Education Teacher. She has dyslexia and ADHD, with future professional goals of working one-on-one as an academic coach.

Jodi is a mom of two boys and enjoys weight lifting, long walks, attending Minnesota Timberwolves basketball games, and exploring astrology. Her connection to The Neurodiversity Alliance includes serving as a Chapter Leader at Augsburg, being a Think Different Diplomat, and participating in the LD/ADHD Shoulders to Lead on Tour.
