Why Fundraise for The Neurodiversity Alliance?
When you fundraise with us, you’re not just raising money—you’re building a movement. You’re helping to:
- Create a brighter future for neurodiverse students.
- Connect families and communities through awareness events.
- Foster environments where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Get Started
Ready to make a difference? Here’s how you can start your own fundraiser:
- Create Your Fundraiser: Set up your fundraising page in just a few minutes! Share your story and let your community know why The Neurodiversity Alliance is important to you.
- Spread the Word: Use social media, email, and word-of-mouth to contact friends, family, and colleagues. The more people you tell, the faster you’ll reach your goal!
- Make It Fun: Host an event, run a race, or celebrate your birthday with donations instead of gifts. Get creative and turn your passion into support for the neurodiverse community.

Fundraising Examples
ND Alliance Alumni
This allows alumni of The Neurodiversity Alliance’s programs to give back to the community that supported them. Whether through organizing fundraising events, donating directly, or rallying their networks for support, Alumn’Eye is about alumni coming together to ensure future generations have access to the same opportunities and resources. It’s a powerful way for past participants to support the next wave of neurodiverse leaders.
Fundraising for Specific Campaigns or Birthdays
Dedicate a special day or event to supporting The Neurodiversity Alliance. Whether it's your birthday, an anniversary, or a meaningful milestone, ask your friends and family to donate in lieu of gifts. You can also fundraise for specific campaigns, like supporting new chapter launches, expanding advocacy efforts, or helping fund leadership training for neurodiverse students. Personalizing your campaign around a special event or cause can help inspire meaningful contributions from your network.
In memory of…
Honor the life of a loved one by creating a fundraiser in their memory. This type of campaign allows friends and family to contribute to a cause that was meaningful to the person they’ve lost, ensuring their legacy lives on through positive change. It’s a beautiful way to celebrate a life while helping others.
Campaign Fundraising
Looking to support a specific initiative or create a large-scale fundraiser? Here’s an example of a successful campaign fundraiser:
MU Women’s Soccer Fundraiser
The Manhattan University Women’s Soccer Team hosted The Neurodiversity Alliance awareness game, wearing branded warm-up T-shirts and blue ribbons to show their support. The team raised funds from ticket sales, donations, and a special event, with all proceeds going directly to our programs. This is a great example of how sports teams and schools can come together to raise awareness and support a good cause. Campaigns like these help promote awareness while driving critical funds for our mission.
