Eye to Eye Joins The Neurodiversity Alliance: A New Chapter for Supporting Neurodiverse Students
Eye to Eye, a national organization with a 25-year legacy of empowering students who learn differently, is thrilled to announce our integration into The Neurodiversity Alliance. This marks a significant milestone in our journey to enhance educational experiences and outcomes for neurodiverse students. The new organization will allow our dedicated team and thousands of students nationwide to build the neurodiversity movement at scale.
As part of The Neurodiversity Alliance, we will continue our mission through four key pillars: Confidence and Community, Leadership and Career Readiness, Resources and Support, and Awareness and Advocacy. We will do this through a growing menu of programmatic options, and we can’t wait to share them with you! Our community is dedicated to creating an environment where neurodiverse students are seen, heard, and valued.
We are the community we all wish we had throughout our educational journey.
David Flink, Founder and CEO of The Neurodiversity Alliance, shared, "Through our youth-centered and youth-led approach, The Neurodiversity Alliance has evolved into a community focused on the long-term educational experiences and outcomes of neurodiverse young people. We are the community we all wish we had throughout our educational journey."
We are excited to introduce the range of programs available to neurodiverse students and their allies under The Neurodiversity Alliance. We invite you to learn more about our work and explore the opportunities to get involved.

Eye to Eye Mentoring Program
The award winning Eye to Eye Mentoring Program for students who learn differently remains a core program of The Neurodiversity Alliance, with a revamped curriculum and all new online portal and mobile app, where advisors and studen leaders can easily access training, resources, and support needed to implement the programs locally.
All student leaders, mentors, and alumni of the Eye to Eye Mentoring Program will now also have access to the added benefits of The Neurodiversity Alliances' national community, including new scholarship and leadership opportunities, more ways to build community and raise awareness on their campuses, and invitations to exclusive virtual events and our national Neurodiversity Student Summit.
Near-Peer Mentoring
Eye to Eye brings together middle school students who learn differently (in grades 5 through 8) with local high school and college students who also learn differently in a supervised, school-based setting where they navigate a fun and engaging weekly curriculum of projects proven to develop the most critical skills students who learn differently need to thrive in school and life.
