Zhyell Rauch is a passionate advocate for inclusion and a proud member of the Neurodiversity Alliance, where he works to promote understanding and support for people with diverse ways of thinking and learning. Living with dyslexia himself, Zhyell brings a personal perspective to his work, turning challenges into strengths.

Outside of advocacy, Zhyell is a car enthusiast who finds freedom behind the wheel and joy in exploring the open road. A multi-instrumentalist, he enjoys expressing himself through music and connecting with others through creativity. With a deep love for public service and helping people, Zhyell is driven by a mission to make a difference—one act of kindness at a time.
