If there’s one strength my neurodiversity has given me, it’s the superpower of compassion. My experiences have helped me develop a deep empathy for others, allowing me to feel their pain, understand their challenges, and support them during moments of vulnerability.

Growing up, Sree often felt caught in a paradox—facing challenges yet not always feeling like they fit the traditional definition of disability. It wasn’t until his senior year of high school that he finally received a diagnosis of high-functioning autism. Now, he is pursuing a career in pediatric allergy and immunology, a field that aligns with his personal experiences and scientific interests. His aim is to leverage biomedical informatics and AI to advance precision medicine, developing tailored treatments based on genetics, environment, and lifestyle factors. While committed to innovation, he also prioritizes the human side of medicine, ensuring his work is rooted in empathy and the lived experiences of their patients.
