Sierra W. (she/her) is from Bellingham, Washington and is a college student pursuing studies in Information Technology Management. She is passionate about becoming a program manager. Outside of academics, Sierra enjoys watching movies, writing, and creating artificial-intelligence brand content. She currently works as a project manager with Cisco. Through The Neurodiversity Alliance, she hopes to meet other neurodivergent leaders while advancing her own leadership skills.
