Kian Q-C. (he/him) is a sophomore from Chicago, IL, studying English and Psychology at Carleton College. Kian plans to become a therapist for neurodivergent children and students. He enjoys musical theater, hiking, and exploring new restaurants with friends.

Kian serves as a Peer Leader for the Office of Accessibility Resources and leads the Association of Neurodiversity Students on campus. He joined The Neurodiversity Alliance to give back to the community that supported him during his time in the Eye to Eye Mentoring Program, aiming to reduce the stigma surrounding neurodiversity in academia.
