Jesse’s journey with Eye to Eye began in 2010 as a UC Berkeley student, where he founded and led a chapter of the flagship mentoring program. Supporting younger neurodivergent students while navigating his own path with ADHD and learning differences sparked a passion that shaped his future. After graduating, he joined Eye to Eye as a Program Coordinator, then spent a decade in the tech sector while staying deeply involved—founding the Alumni Board, mentoring at national conferences, and serving on the Board of Directors.
In 2024, Jesse returned full-time to lead The Neurodiversity Alliance and became President in 2025. A father of three, including a son on the spectrum, Jesse brings personal insight, strategic leadership, and a belief in the brilliance of every neurodivergent mind.
As a neurodivergent person The Neurodiversity Alliance community is one of the first places I’ve felt completely comfortable showing up with my fully unmasked self. In this role I get to create a better world by helping others realize their potential while facilitating authentic intra and interpersonal connections.
