Izzy M. (She/her) is from Seattle, Washington and is an early-career professional who ispursuing a career in applying technical and problem-solving skills in engineering. Outside of work, Izzy enjoys hiking, skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, paddleboarding, and intramural sports. At Gonzaga, she directed New Venture Lab, helped lead student retreats, and played soccer, softball, and volleyball. Through The Neurodiversity Alliance, she hopes to give neurodivergent students the mentorship she wished for when younger and continue building authentic connections with neurodivergent peers.
