Fernando A.A. (he/him) is a sophomore from Avondale, Arizona, studying Business at Arizona State University. Fernando is focused on becoming a real estate agent with a mission to help families navigate the home-buying process. He stays active through running and the gym, using these activities as a way to reflect and clear his mind.

On campus, Fernando is involved in the Hispanic Business Student Association and works as a Student Media Services Coordinator. He joined The Neurodiversity Alliance after his own journey with dyslexia taught him the importance of self-advocacy. Fernando is committed to showing others that their challenges do not define their potential and hopes to empower his peers through honest connection.
