David R. (he/him) is from San Diego, California and is pursuing studies to become a special education attorney. Outside of work, he enjoys metal music, fencing, reading, video games, and spending time with friends. He helps lead Mentoring Autistic Minds, writes editorials about neurodiversity, interns with the Coalition for Developmental Approaches, and supports research at San Diego State University. Through The Neurodiversity Alliance, he hopes to meet and learn from more self-advocates, build friendships, and support the organization’s distinctive work creating neurodiversity communities on college campuses.
