Clementina Jose, from Queens, NY (she/her), is a doctoral student in Educational Leadership with a strong commitment to equity and inclusion in higher education. After completing her degree, Clementina aspires to become a Dean of Students, where she can lead transformative initiatives that support the holistic development of all learners.

Outside of her academic work, Clementina enjoys painting, drawing, dancing, and creating healthy meals. She is deeply passionate about ensuring that neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities are seen, heard, and fully acknowledged in academic spaces. She joined The Neurodiversity Alliance to grow as a leader, amplify underrepresented voices, and help shape more inclusive campus environments where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
