Ashley D. (she/her) is a sophomore at Collin Community College in Frisco, Texas, studying sociology with an interest in research. She enjoys reading, baking, and gaming, and outside of her academic and personal interests, she spends time supporting her family and caring for her pets. Ashley describes her family as a central part of her life and credits them with helping shape who she is today.

Ashley joined The Neurodiversity Alliance because she is excited to be part of an organization that celebrates and embraces neurodiversity. She hopes to become more involved in her local community by bringing together individuals with shared experiences and helping them feel supported. Ashley is especially interested in helping others build practical life skills such as conversation strategies, friendship-building, and organization to support their personal growth, education, and future careers.
