Amanda B. (she/her) is from San Diego, California and is a college student pursuing studies in Psychology. She is passionate about earning a doctorate in clinical psychology and providing neurodiversity-affirming care to children with autism and ADHD. Outside of academics, Amanda enjoys brain and psychotropic research, documentaries, electronic and 1990s music, crafting, swimming, and hiking. She is involved with the Bruin Neurodiversity Collective, UCLA All Brains peer mentoring, the Education Policy Initiative, the Healthy Minds Network, and swim instruction. Through The Neurodiversity Alliance, she hopes to support neurodivergent college students’ mental health, community, and connection.
