David Flink Named Elevate Prize Winner

We’re thrilled to announce that our CEO, David Flink, has been named an Elevate Prize winner! This prestigious award recognizes leaders who are driving meaningful, transformational change in their communities and beyond. David’s commitment to empowering neurodiverse young people and advocating for systemic change in education has earned him a place among this year’s ten inspiring honorees.
As part of this award, David will receive $300,000 in unrestricted funding, with $250,000 going to support The Neurodiversity Alliance and $50,000 dedicated to his personal resilience and well-being—a groundbreaking investment that reflects the Elevate Prize Foundation’s belief in supporting not just the work, but also the well-being of leaders who drive change. In addition, David and our team will receive tailored support in communications, storytelling, PR, and visibility, helping us expand our reach and amplify the voices of neurodiverse youth.

To mark this incredible achievement, our Managing Director of Programs, Jesse Sanchez, joined the Elevate Prize team in New York’s Times Square, where the winners were unveiled on the Times Square billboard. Below are photos of Jesse celebrating this momentous occasion with other Elevate Prize winners, a powerful reminder of the collective impact we can make when we invest in changemakers who are reshaping the world for the better.
